2 Corinthians 13:11-13

Today I get to be a lector at church for the first time. I’m really excited and a little nervous! I participated in a RCIA program at my university in the fall, and this Easter, I was confirmed in the Catholic Church, so now I’m a neophyte, which makes me think of little flowers.

This is the passage that I’ll read tonight at mass:

Brothers and sisters, rejoice.

Mend you ways, encourage one another, agree with one another, live in peace, and the God of love and peace will be with you.

Greet one another with a holy kiss.

All the holy ones greet you.

The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ and the love of God and the fellowship of the Holy Spirit be with all of you.

(2 Corinthians 13:11-13)
